Acupuncture

An Initial Acupuncture consultation involves discussing your medical history, symptoms, lifestyle and your goals. Our practitioner will use traditional diagnostic methods, such as pulse and tongue diagnosis, along with a physical examination. The acupuncturist explains their findings and benefits of acupuncture to individual case and may include a brief session with fine needle insertion.

A personalised treatment plan is provided in the first session, covering follow-up sessions, lifestyle advice and any recommended prescriptions. This consultation offers a holistic approach to addressing health concerns and promoting overall well-being.

Follow-up acupuncture consultations following your first are meant to be able to monitor your progress and adjust accordingly. Second and subsequent sessions will follow through with your treatment plan. The return sessions may also include a range of holistic tools specific to your needs, which include acupuncture, gua sha, cupping, herbal medicine, supplementation advice and essential oils application.

These work together to balance the energy of the body.
